Do you hate negotiating? Is negotiation like pulling teeth with customers? Does it get heated at times when negotiating?
There is a better way to negotiate….We negotiate every day. Whether we are negotiating to buy something or negotiating to sell something. Now, whether you just pay the price listed or on the price tag, that just simply means that you the buyer have decided to go with their initial proposed price. All sellers love it when you go with their initial proposed price…instead of negotiating a lower price.
Simply put, any company that can set the pricing that you CAN NOT negotiate, you will always see them at the top of the fortune 500 list. Now, on the flip side, when you are selling something of coarse all sellers want the full price. That’s why you always see companies saying we have a no haggle pricing that’s fair and there is no need to negotiate. They want the customer to feel as if they have given them a great deal from the start while they profit from every deal.
In high and sight, the products and services that we always negotiate on tend to be things like homes, cars, and much more. Most of us don’t negotiate on what a doctor, attorney, gas, and groceries.
The reason I am bringing up this point is because most of us are conditioned…and the fact of the matter is everything is negotiable. EVERYTHING!
